Board to conduct public consultation on its Executive Compensation Program

As part of Ontario Regulation 304/16 – Executive Compensation Framework, the York Catholic District School Board is required to develop an Executive Compensation Program and conduct a 30-day public consultation on the proposed program.

Junior Students Enjoy Ste. Marie Among Hurons Trip

The grades 4, 5 and 6 classes enjoyed a wonderful day exploring Ste. Marie Among the Hurons – the buildings, culture, and more. This was a French Jesuit settlement in Wendake, the land of Wendat near modern day Midland, Ontario from 1639 to 1649.  It was the first European settlement.
